  • DM Automations: When you comment a specific keyword on our Reels, our automated systems process your public profile handle and comment text to send you the requested link via Direct Message.
  • Data Retention: We only retain interaction logs necessary to ensure the automation functions correctly and to troubleshoot delivery errors. We comply fully with Meta's developer data deletion requirements.

3. GrampsChat AI & User Inputs

GrampsChat AI is an educational software tool designed to map structural and business frameworks.

  • Input Handling: Any business dynamics, hypothetical structures, or scenarios you input into GrampsChat are processed to generate personalized educational outputs.
  • Anonymization: We strongly advise against inputting sensitive personal identifiers (such as Social Security Numbers or actual bank account routing numbers) into the chat. The system is designed to analyze structures, not personal identities.
